THE CASE:

The scope of this project was to expand our client’s activities through the creation of a cluster that would enhance entrepreneurship in the field of building materials. During the design phase, we depicted the current and future entrepreneurial environment in the field and spotted successful cooperative schemes operating on national and international scale, so as to capitalize on their best practices. Based on the conclusions drawn from the above activities, and having identified existing funding opportunities as well as the key players that could form the nucleus of the cluster, we defined its strategic pillars and meaningfully contributed to the determination of its character.
