After assessing the effectiveness of the existing organizational structures within the multigenerational family business and summarizing the advantages it experiences as well as the challenges it currently faces, we contributed to its successful organizational restructuring. Together with the company's leadership, we redrew the organizational chart, assigned new roles and formulated an extensive training program for all the executives involved. We then devised a comprehensive governance system, with a view to complementing the ambitious organizational change plan, which streamlined decision-making processes and, as such, enabled the company to flourish in a short period of time.
